RECD
The AirBin - Retrofit Emission Control Device (RECD) is a custom-designed system engineered to drastically control and reduce hazardous gaseous pollutants released by diesel generators (DG sets). Our device is essential in combating air pollution, proven to reduce DG set emissions by up to 95%. Built and tested to comply with the stringent standard norms set by the National Green Tribunal (NGT), the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), and the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change (MoEF & CC) , the AirBin - RECD is a robust and efficient solution. It is designed for easy installation on both new and existing DG sets to control Particulate Matter (PM), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Nitrogen Oxide (NOx), and other pollutant particles.
Technology

The device's manufacturing design utilizes a stainless steel box (can) that is mounted directly onto the generator's exhaust system. It integrates seamlessly into the existing setup, as it is installed after the DG exhaust (muffler/silencer), with no modifications required to the original exhaust system. The product is completely weatherproof and resistant to a wide range of in-use DG sets. Unconditional and remote installation is also possible.
